I've noticed in just the last few weeks alone things have vastly accelerated. The authorities have pissed off a lot of people with their hysterical reactions. Notice that the number of fines has gone up, not down, despite the fact that now in NSW it's 5 grand? And that's of the people who have been caught - many many more have not. People are rebelling against this shit, and it is fucking glorious to see more people doing what I've been doing the whole time.
