Social services are only really effective in ethnostates, otherwise one demographic invariably takes more than it gives, and over time is forced demographic change in opposition of successful evolutionary traits.
It is an unfair burden to those who demographically require less assistance. Of course everyone deserves the safety net, but it should be decoupled from federal and state levels.
All of this doesn't really address the core of the problem, pharmaceutical influence has made medical care in this country unnecessarily expensive and they have no financial pressure to cure anything.
If I get cancer, I want the state to take care of me for free. Cancer treatment ain't cheap. And if I have this mindset, I will have to accept that I have to take care of others' medical needs, even if I'm healthy and not needing medical attention now or forever.
Do they really? What if the government GAVE you the cancer from working, cheaply I might add, at a nuclear facility then denied you health care and the benefits they are supposed to give? Then are you ok with paying for fat niggers, junkies, and all sorts of other worthless cunts who take advantage of the system and seem to get it all handed to them for free?
