Sounds like the same crap when that medical guy said that 140 people were double vaxed and 1 had received a single dose - they claim that he "misspoke" and that he actually meant that they all but one were not jabbed. That's a crock of shit - it'd be different if he had said "they were vaccinated" instead of "they were unvaccinated" - but he specifically used the words "they have received both doses of the vaccine". Harder to misspeak there.
