Basically our state parliament in 2006 voted to enable laws akin to the US constitution. Things like - Victorians lawfully within the state may leave and return, travel around, and live where they choose. Victorians have the right to assemble peacefully. Victorians have the right to lead a public life. Victorians have the right to choose their own medical treatments or lack thereof. Literally all very very very much covered by law. Its all 100% illegal. The preamble and introduction to that law, including the actual government website that spells it all out and is still live, quite clearly states a state of emergency *does not* outweigh that law, but may be limited *only to the extent that is reasonable by any modern free society* - which this shit doesnt even come close to fulfilling by any stretch of the imagination.
