The Law of the Land is English Common Law. Governments use the Law of the Sea, also known as Statute. If you are on dry land, then Common Law applies. Most people make the mistake of believing that law is something "handed down to us" by government, or the courts, or the Crown. This error imperils us. The law is our law, not theirs. You are not required to provide a name and address to uniformed sock puppets of the Crown.
Never heard of this. Got a source?
Source of what? Are you not aware that "government" uses Admiralty Law instead of Common Law?
No I am not aware, it sounds absurd, that's what I want a source on.
