The next step will be launching a campaign to mandate that the only option for adults of reproductive age be allowed to take an mRNA style vaccine. As such when (not if) the next hyper exaggerated mutated strain hits Australia, it will likely be compulsory to have a vaccine passport before making the "vaccine" obligatory.

There will be no rush, we will have years at the current roll-out rate, its only pressing if you plan on travelling in a post-pandemic world, where you can't enjoy museums, concerts, festivals, pubs, restaurants or basically anything that makes travel worthwhile.
