NSW still on level 2 water restrictions and within the last 12months, most major dams have opened the flood gates multiple times to let water out.

Now yet again Nepean, Hawkesbury and Parramatta Rivers have blown the banks.

It's beyond belief that in the 21st century this country still hasn't something in place to harvest floodwaters.
