ive been fighting publically for over a year. ive spammed the fuck out of people with their legal rights and the law in regards to both unlawful detention (aka lockdowns) and arresting police breaking the law since day one. havent shut up. havent worn a mask. havent been locked down. mask fines are being issued, but not enforced. they are not being enforced, because they are not fines and are 100% legally ambiguous which is why no one is paying them. If they start enforcing those mask fines they are then committing wholesale extortion against people, by enforcing bits of paper demanding you pay money by threats of force. Those fines *are not* covered by any kind of legislation, they *are not* included under 'summary offences act' - now 'failure to comply with a request' *is* however.... a very basic legal right is the right not to follow an unlawful instruction or one that you know will cause you personal harm. No different from a cop standing you at a cliff, pulling a gun on you, and saying step backwards or ill shoot you. the sheep have done nothing but cheer on everyone on the outside of the pens being bashed. there is one very very simple solution for all these fucking morons. stop complying. until then, you know what, if youve got the resources, do it. do it now. because these asshats down here wont free themselves.
