But at Chairman McGowan's own quarantine hotels, he allows security guards to work in the hotel, come into contact with the virus, and then leave the hotel and go around the city wherever they want to. What is even the point of quarantine then? At this point I can't tell if McGowan is totally incompetent, scared shitless of the virus himself, has a saviour complex where he feels like he has to save every single person possible, to the detriment of everyone else, or if there's some nefarious agenda behind all of it. If the virus isn't important enough to warrant rotating in and out quarantined staff at the quarantine places, then it isn't important enough to lock down an entire state over ONE SINGLE CASE of the Jewflu.
