Despite my continued disgust on how I find drug dealers and other criminals utterly reprehinsible. It might be time to start flinging crank on the streets. A massive slab of the population is not working a full 38hrs+ week at anywhere near an "average" wage, nor does it look like it will be feasible for many to find such employment in the near future.
