But studies testing the efficacy of masks in a surgical theater show that mask-wearing increases the risk of post-op infection, though not greatly.

That'll be much safer when I cut you open.

Surgical masking is about splatter, not air filtration. Don't want their blood up your nose, or spit in their wounds. It's not about breathing.

Your mask makes you a bad person.
