Perhaps a better way to have approached the issue would have been to allow an on-line forum that encouraged robust free speech like this one to require users to e-sign a declaration that they opted out of the purview of the legislation. I'd probably be the only one who signed it because the rest of you are soft-cocks, pissants and pussies!
