But this acknowledgement shit really gets on my nerves. I work in the government and any general meeting type of event is started by this declaration.

This is far worse the the national anthem change and crept up on us public workers. Lucky if you work in private you don't have to put up with this PC shit.

Really don't mind the national anthem change as...who gives a shit? The only time I've sung the national anthem was during my citizenship ceremony. I can't recall another time when the national anthem was sung. I don't go to footy games. But this acknowledgement shit really gets on my nerves. It's not just in public service, it is all over, but most insidiously it is also being forced on kids through schools and libraries and TV etc.

I would like to begin by acknowledging the losers of the war, except it wasn't really a war or even an invasion. It was more like a kid who traded a holographic charizard pokemon card for a magicarp or some shit he liked better and was happy at the time only to be told later he was ripped off and is now pissed off ages after the trade.
