NSW Opposition Leader Jodi McKay has told Parliament disgraced former MP Daryl Maguire had a key to the Premier's house "for several years".

Key points:

Jodi McKay said Daryl Maguire had a key to Ms Berejiklian's home for "several years" The Premier had revealed to ICAC last week she and Mr Maguire had been in a relationship since 2015 Ms Berejiklian told Parliament today she had chosen not to respond because there was a process in place

During a lively Question Time at Macquarie Street, Ms McKay pressed Gladys Berejiklian three times on the subject, which was also raised by One Nation leader Mark Latham in the Upper House.

Ms McKay asked the Premier: "Given revelations today that Daryl Maguire had a key and access to your house, why did you breach your own ministerial code of conduct?"

In her question, Ms McKay claimed Mr Maguire had a key and access to the Premier's home for "several years" including as recently as last month.

Those claims are at odds with some of the Premier's descriptions of her relationship with Mr Maguire, who has been the subject of an explosive probe by the state's Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC).
