it was a great gym before they switched owners. I helped turn part of it into a powerlifting area.... keep the meat heads away from the old ladies. Part of it was i got to put in a stereo system. So we could play whatever we wanted, as loud as we wanted. Some days it was metal, on the more mellow days it was audiobooks. I lift at weird times, so there wasnt usually anyone other than me and my lifting buddies around... good times, I miss that gym
