The Iron Druid Chronicles Book 1: Hounded

Atticus O'Sullivan is a 2000 year old Druid who looks 22. He runs an occult book store in Arizona and he's been on the run from Irish gods (Fae) that he stole a magic sword from. his lawyers are a werewolf pack leader and a 1000 year old Vampire. Basically a normal guy trying to get by. When some lesser Fae show up and try to kill him it starts a chain reaction that causes police to start nosing around and things spiral out of control from there. Anyway this is a great series of books with very interesting situations forcing the druid into predicaments involving gods from pretty much every faith and pantheon. Fun characters including: His pet Irish wolfhound who is obsessed with sausage, the drunk widow who likes to flirt while Atticus trims her bushes, and a coven of polish witches. Luke Daniels absolutely kills the narration. There are 9 novels and several novellas in the series. For sure one of my favorites.

With audible it's a monthly subscription that gives you one book a month for 14.95 it also gives you discounts on books if you want to buy them out right. If you open an account with them they give you one free credit and then charge for your second month if you keep the service. Also a cheap way of getting books is to check the Kindle price and add whisper sync which gives you the audiobook version much cheaper most times.
