There’s also a rumour from Antarctica that they found a ‘type of snow’ which when dug into, closes back up, to the point where they lost trucks in there.., but that is pure rumour and completely unsubstantiated.

I think anyone who thinks a telescope can see millions of miles is an idiot. Hundreds, sure, thousands even. But not millions of miles.
