In fact, I watched a Live stream and then when I next took a flight I videoed for about 5 mins going over the flat land.
You need to go much longer than 5 mins and you need to ask the pilot to temporarily disable the autopilot and ask him to stop manually correcting elevation.
IF the pilot were ‘correcting’ it would feel (however slight) like this:

You would not feel it. Earth is enormous
Air control doesn't want airplanes changing elevations much like highway patrol doesnt want you going too fast on the highway oe changing lanes. If a plane never corrected for elevation it would go into a stall. They make planes to get to its destination safely.

Although flat earth is sooooo heavily censored, this video clearly shows the sun going around the earth - if you have eyes that see. I have hope!!
