It's not the dirt at the fence line I care about; it's the aggressive fence running that occurs between his 2 dogs and my 4 dogs. I've repeatedly asked him to leash his dogs when he goes past my yard, but he refuses. Not only that, but his dogs linger while he continues to walk. My dogs are not outside all day everyday, but when they are and he decides to walk past, it's a real issue. I bring them in if this occurs, but sometimes, like yesterday, there was work being done on the house, several doors were open, I was prevented from keeping them inside. One of my girls ended up with a bloody face. This has been ongoing for over a year and I'm tired of it. I've even tried to time his walking schedule to ensure my dogs are inside at that time, but he's got no consistency. If sound doesn't work, I'll call animal control on him because we do have leash laws, but I'd rather not. I guess I could start practicing with a sling shot.

Oh what a cunt. I was picturing neighboring back yards. Fuck that asshole. New fence would probably do the same thing. A friend w/ a lead pipe while you've got an airtight alibi would likely do the same.
