what constitutes free speech isn't a very complicated question. the bill of rights ensures that the GOVT may not infringe upon peoples right to speak freely. voat is not the government. i always likened voat to putts personal property. a house. and when i visited him at his house, i was on my best behavior BECAUSE THATS WHAT OUR PEOPLE DO. its called respecting other peoples property, and its a shared value of the cultures of western civilization. here are the rules if you are outside of these cultures or don't understand:
1) be courteous
2) wipe your feet
3) don't put your feet on the furniture
4) politely ask to use the restroom
5) remember you are a guest, and are there are the owners pleasure.
