Hell I saw on a police show a real cop go up to the window of an SUV and the girl said they weren't smoking weed "they were" and the baby was in the car seat in the back while they were toking up with the windows closed. I think when they say racist they are talking self control and common sense because that was just fucking stupid. Hell my parent in the winter in our car that had a crappy heater in the mid 70's would drive with the windows up chain smoking with 3 of us in the back. The only thing I didn't like was the smoke burned my eyes it was so think.
