When I reply to someone's comment I don't see a preview option. I see it when commenting or posting, but not when replying to someone else's comment. My first assumption is that I'm doing something wrong.

EDIT: I'm not sure what happened but I can preview replies when I make them to comments now. I guess the did you try turning it off then on again? thing works with Linux too.

So when you go to reply to this comment, you cannot see the "preview" button?

Do one of the two:

  1. Go into the "Inspect" mode of your browser and look for a <button> with class "pure-button button-xsmall btn-preview" (just do a string search CTRL+F for pure-button button-xsmall btn-preview)

  2. Or Right-Click and go to Page Source and do a string search (CTRL+F) for "Preview</button>"

and see if anything shows up.

If so, then the html is being sent to you correctly, but for whatever reason your browser isn't rendering it.

Both methods return the same result. 0:0

I.e. both methods find something, or they both don't find anything?

Sorry. I sent that early this morning before I had any coffee. Both results found nothing.
Not to worry, I'm used to it by now. I was just curious whether others were experiencing the same thing.

Thanks very much for the tech tips. I'm more of a router and switch guy so HTML stuff doesn't come naturally to me. I'll keep them in our toolbox.
