That depends on the circumstance of the question and if you really need something or not.
If you don't need something or you know the person asking can't really help say you don't need anything but thanks for thinking of me or thanks for asking.
If you do need something and the asker can help then repond with something they can do or get you. I have been learning to turn down help much less than I used to. It's a blessing to me and often to the one helping as well.
