it really is not hard to do (ffs i figured it out), that site i linked makes sure everything works I will say sometimes you cheaper deals than what they say, my guess they get kickbacks. building a pc is like playing with legos..... i seen a few budget builds on there when i was linking it to you... seriously it is a legit site like i said storage is dirt cheap really win10 will bitch, but you find a distro of linux for free.... unbuntu is pretty much windows clone my old man was running it, he knows shit he said he liked it
