Got a lot I'm working on. Trying to start businesses, reading a lot of books (Basic Economics by Thomas Sowell, Ben Franklin's autobiography, etc.), looking to master guitar, master dealing with women, building a lot of muscle at the gym, maintaining my social with trying to grow my social circle, stuck in college (long story but we'll just leave it at that) and more. So I've got a lot on my plate.

What supplements would be good to help boost my brain function so I can get more done?

Edit:

My #1 recommendation is raw unfiltered blackstrap molasses: https://happybodyformula.com/blackstrap-molasses/ This will improve sleep quality x10. But don't overdo it... too much and you will shit your brains out.

My #2 recommendation is cod liver oil, but really really really don't overdo it. Get good quality and not capsules... Get a bottle of the real stuff and take as recommended and never more than that.

My #3 recommendation is optional depending on your diet. If you don't eat seafood and don't get iodized salt and don't drink milk, then iodine... but seriously don't overdo it. One or two drops of Lugol's iodine in a quart of water once a week and not a smidgen more.

My #4 recommendation is water. But not tap water and not deionized or distilled water. Good spring water or well water that is clean and not full of shit. Drink lots of it. First thing in the morning, a quart of water.

My #5 recommendation is full fat yogurt.

My #6 recommendation is eggs (choline).

The gut-brain connection is important. Gotta feed your body right. There is no magic pill.
