Nuts, fruits & vegetables (broccoli, avocado, spinach, asparagus), fish fillets (cod and sea bass) and more daily work outs.
I'll make sure to keep up on my lifting and add more of these to my diet. Thanks AOU

Cocaine
Yes, lots and lots of cocaine lol
Being on keto was a huge boost to energy, no afternoon slump, mental awakeness. I've kept on it 95% of the time for almost 5 years
Do you have any links for this so I can learn more about it?

But what about you? Mr. Flouride.
Thank you for being the only one to provide a reputable source.
but muh sources
but muh consensus
You are the epitome of brainlet.
Is your position that anecdote is more reliable than peer-reviewed research?
Oh boy, this is something I'm actually studied in.
Niacin
5HTP
Tryptophan
Fulvic Acid
Rhodiola
Turmeric
Citric Acid
Borax
I'm sure I could give more, but start out studying these. This list will help GREATLY when paired with daily physcial exercise, however small.
Declacifying your pinneal gland will make you feel like a genuis. Although, if you have a propensity for narcissism, things begin to get a bit tricky. I was quite literally raised by narcissists, so sometimes it's hard to delineate. Otherwise, you'll undoubtedly see what I mean if and when you choose to decalcify.
I didn't include Ashwaganda, but I should have.
I have niacin tablets but even just half of one makes me flush like a motherfucker. Whole body turns red, super itchy, feel like I'm on fire.
Yeah the old niacin rash I read about decades ago. Some people are sensitive to it. My uncle has a lot of medical problems and takes a huge amount but his body needs it so much he never gets that side effect of the rash.
Damn that makes a lot of sense all of a sudden. I've been dealing with a rash...
Amphetamines and coke
Pepsi will do in a pinch.
Sleep.
GNC, vitamins.
My #1 recommendation is raw unfiltered blackstrap molasses: https://happybodyformula.com/blackstrap-molasses/ This will improve sleep quality x10. But don't overdo it... too much and you will shit your brains out.
My #2 recommendation is cod liver oil, but really really really don't overdo it. Get good quality and not capsules... Get a bottle of the real stuff and take as recommended and never more than that.
My #3 recommendation is optional depending on your diet. If you don't eat seafood and don't get iodized salt and don't drink milk, then iodine... but seriously don't overdo it. One or two drops of Lugol's iodine in a quart of water once a week and not a smidgen more.
My #4 recommendation is water. But not tap water and not deionized or distilled water. Good spring water or well water that is clean and not full of shit. Drink lots of it. First thing in the morning, a quart of water.
My #5 recommendation is full fat yogurt.
My #6 recommendation is eggs (choline).
The gut-brain connection is important. Gotta feed your body right. There is no magic pill.
Booze helps my brain work better.
Notice how stupid this comment is right now in comparison with my usually brilliant commentary? That's because I'm stone sober right now [aside from whatever ethanol is left in my system from last night still, of course].
You're a human, not a machine. I treat myself that way. Try to get ample sleep, relax enough, and not take on everything all of the time. I don't drink, use caffieine. I eat well (carbs included). I like to take it a little easy.
