He's been giving out downvotes like tossing candy at a parade. The algorithm automatically stops that shit once you hit a certain threshold.

We have an algorithm that does that if people get a little too eager with downvotes, as Dub said. I'm pretty sure this isn't his first time. The_ old_ ones had this happen twice now.
