Never had tenderloin from the grill, always did it in the oven, I'll keep that one in the back of the mind a few weeks after I finish all this pulled pork.
Pork tenderloin is great grilled. Oh, and another super easy BBQ thing is shish kabobs. Pretty much all you gotta do is get some beef, chicken, whatever, cut it up and your own choice of veggies, put them on a stick you can buy anywhere and grill. Season or marinate to your own liking ... They don't take long and it's like a whole meal in one. We do mostly beef and chicken, but pretty much anything can be done up the same way and it's fast. of many ... and like the beef triptip and tenderloin, you can Google and find many ways and recipes to do them.
Thank you for that. For some reason those completely passed up my mind. Seems like a good way of throwing some delicious veggies in my diet. Would be perfect for meal prepping for a week, just throw them in a cooler before taking off everyday.
