Got myself my first grill, it's a little kamado grill. Thing can smoke and do BBQ as well. Smoked myself 2 racks of ribs, some pulled pork, and grilled some corn on it so far. All of it came out fantastic and have convinced myself this is my cooking method till winter hits (probably even then). Was trying to think up of some unique things to throw on it. Brauts are coming up, but after that I'm at a blank.

I like me some nice smoked fish. (Smoked ribs sounds really good too...)

You can BBQ anything. Everything tastes better off the grill.

Smoked fish is bomb. The flavor you get from the different wood is crazy
