I either go to all, which is all the most recently upvoted posts, that include everything, or I go to new, which seems to include all the newest things from every possible sub, or I go to modmulti, which just includes the subs that I own/mod.

Is there something I am missing? Is subscribing pointless, other than seeing how popular your sub is?

Sort of. I always liked Voat Cheers even though it went off the rails.

Don't know the full story, but apparently Silversurfer censored a bunch of people and then rage quit.
