Obviously we will be pushing the major poal update, and I have a big announcement coming soon too. Other than that stuff I have some time before I have to take another job, what should or better yet could I do it with. There is an opportunity here I'm just not exactly sure what to do with it.

If you have kids, make some memories. In the end that's all that really matters, and can be done on the cheap by just investing some of that time.

Speaking as an OldPoalrBear, like I said, these are things that both you and your kids remember most. Twenty years fro now, they'll be the times you all laugh and enjoy around the Thanksgiving Day table.

Implement Putt's 'Votes' feature before he does, then set a counter on the global sidebar to see how many days (years?) it takes him to catch up.

Quietly release a couple chat bots into the Poal ecosystem and award a badge to the first person who catches on.

Create some holiday CSS sets so we can have a nice spoopy halloween and festive yule.

I would consider taking a vacation too. These periods of having a lot of free time are few and far between.

Honestly, I don't think Putt's votes feature is a good idea. Its mob rule. Perhaps some kind of election system but a straight mob rule system I think would end badly for any site like this.

New home? ALWAYS an improvement project on the horizon. Even after 30 years of home ownership, there’s always something to accomplish. Plant, paint, carpet, wallpaper, strip, redo, mow, prune, edge, etc etc etc. STAY BUSY!

High on my to do list at the moment, is pruning. I need to trim back some bushes and trees out of the driveway. I have the tools however I have no clue what I am doing. So wish me luck I'm just going to get out the electric trimmer the former owner left me and go to town.
