I've been going to reddit a bit and find myself angrily closing it down. Personal problem? They need therapy. Guy argued with his girlfriend? He is abusive pig and needs therapy. Stranger made eye contact? THERAPY. I am only slightly exaggerating. I personally don't think someone fucking around in your head is a good idea and most the time it's a scam to get your money for 20 years

Overused, but can help in acute cases if you get a good person. Unfortunately most are trash SJWs
