Ive been the only employee at a company that the boss decided he just didnt care to do anything to keep things afloat, so he had to shut down eventually once the only person we supplied didnt need any product for a little bit and the boss had totally failed to advertise or secure other contracts. I saw it coming from miles away so i wasnt bummed about it. Ive also quit a few jobs because i cant stand being surrounded by incompetence, and ive been fired for the same reason. For some reason bosses dont like it when you correct their incredibly misinformed asses in meetings, but im never goin to just sit there while my coworkers are told wrong information that could easily result in their deaths and the spread of infectious disease to the general population. So not sorry. Finding a job can be very difficult if you have standards sometimes, often places will want you to work excessive hours with no set schedule for absolutely shit pay, which no one should ever accept doing, these jobs can be ran in a way that doesnt fuck peoples lives, but whoevers in charge is fucking retarded like normal. And i have encountered diversity quotas all over, sure sucks being a young hard working white man with no disabilities and a clean record, it means i get zero preference on anything, and you change any one aspect of what i am and those people do get preference, and special programs just for them to help them find jobs, homes, cars, pay bills, get food, everything, but as a normal and fully functional human being its expected that i compete without any of those benefits, which i do, but im not retarded so i see how my class of people are specifically being discriminated against in favor of the broken, damaged, retarded, fuckups of society. But just keep looking, ive eventually always found something tolerable. Im certain my future is going to be in self employment though, because i have still yet to find a job where the people in charge arnt fuckin worthless End rant
