It's on federal property, airspace is owned by the faa. You can't just shoot down planes or helicopter s that fly over.

The FAA has complete and total authority over the air from 1/32” off the ground up to FL600 (60,000 feet). Shooting at a drone is a federal felony.

I'm here to tell you that the 1/32" from the ground to the ground is actually MY property. Everywhere. That means I can arrest federal agents for going to work.

If people can shoot down drones over their property then I should be able to shoot down planes and helicopters over my property.

Under Federal law you can not shoot at any manned or unmanned aerial vehicle.

What i hear is a certain height off the ground and certain rules and or restriction depending on state or nation, must be flown no higher than 400 feet (120 metres), and be kept at least 50 metres away from people and private property. owners have the fundamental legal right to privacy and to enjoy their property free from nuisance, interference, or trespass. According to California law it is illegal for the drone operator to fly over your property, but it is not a crime. The drone must also fly below 400 ft, you are told not to fly near groups of people and certain air space for example Washington DC is restricted.
