Did VOAT finally die?

It has been a struggle but hopefully it has met with fruition.

I just logged in successfully at 5:52 Eastern time. When I first read of this maybe 8 hours ago, I tried it to see the "checking your bits" screen, then it said it wasn't configured properly, then a half hour later it was fine.
