Saw a link to it on voat I think, but now voat's down. It's supposed to prevent the three letter glow in the dark types from talking about it?

FWIW I think Israel has somewhere from 100-500 nukes based on several sources I looked at.

I certainly don't know the ins and outs of it, but wanted to read the source document that people kept referencing. It is a very odd thing. I doubt a glownigger would be limited by something like that. But maybe lower level types would be? Just not sure.
