I read a comment on some random forum a long time ago about all the satanic/masonic symbolism there. The goat, the up/down voting arrows being a reference to "as above so below", PuttItOut is like "put it out" which is supposed to be a reference to the eternal fire. I tried to go back and find that comment but I think it's lost forever

Goats can be herded & contained just like sheep. Only difference is building a wall they cannot jump over.
