Unless you have your own server, it's just downloading the video, uploading to some other video hosting site, and posting the link. There are various downloading tools. I like jDownloader2, since it supports lots of sites and has frequent updates to get around the continual attempts to prevent downloading, has good batch capability, and runs on older operating systems (if they have Java).
