I'm for it, as long as it isn't used to shut down the successful vote-by-mail we have that works great in some states. You need ID to get on the voter roles, but after that you are mailed a single ballot, fill it out, and return it. It's tied to ID / Drivers license so if those arn't renewed you get removed from the roles and no more ballots. The mailer envelopes the ballots are put in have unique ID codes on them to keep people from double voting, and see who is voting and who isn't but the ballots themselves inside are anonymized.
