Lotta hardbass too. I generally do about 30-45 minutes of HIIT in the mornings. I switch between fast uphill walking on the treadmill to get my cardio up, stop to do some lifting sets then hop right back on the treadmill a bit... rinse repeat.

At 4:24, The Trooper by Iron Maiden is the perfect song for Airdyne Bike Tabatas. The perfect length, a righteous tempo, and the "into the valley of death rode the 600" galloping bassline vibe. 20 seconds of all out fury, 10 seconds rest. Rinse and repeat for 4 minutes.
