Nothing will happen to the cousin fucking goat molester. Landlords already deal with commie shit in ny. They cant sell unless they offer the property to the tenant and non profits, which have 6 months to decide to buy. Then there are a bunch of other shit you have to approve with the city before it hits the open market. Business as usual.
