I have a few of friends that we'll move our arms to the start of a Roman salute very deliberately so that if you know the context you definately know what we're doing, but if you don't you wouldn't necessarily know (or couldn't prove it). So then we'll go like part way through and then abruptly halt and make an exaggerated look around as if it "accidentally" slipped out. Just sort of a game we play to whip it out in random places and catch eachother off guard.
