Awful lot of Whites here. Turns out they're willing to put in a little work for things to be a llittle nicer for them. Might be some home cooking, or home repairs or whatever.

I was recaulking windows and bathtubs when we moved into our new house. I'd used a cheap orange POS gun from home Depot for years but finally decided to upgrade while buying my supplies and the looks of shock i was getting at check out for buying quality tools and materials was mind boggling. The sales guys were all trying to sell me the latex DAP shit that fails in months and a contractor was trying to tell me the Silicone Caulking isn't worth it. (It is)
Fixing shit isn't that hard, and the Internet is full of videos and guides!
I was redoing and resealing the expansion joints in my driveway and the amount of galkers i got was mind boggling. Water is the enemy of all structures!!
My neighbor's are mostly functional, but the acquired helpless when it comes to home repair, or home improvement even outside of section 8 is mind boggling.
