I would bet that "plus" just means it's in the water bath longer or it tries to agitate it more.

That's what the description sounds like. Wasn't sure how it worked in practice for anyone who owned one. Either way: this washer will work better than the High Eff. piece of shit we have now

What's the realistic savings? Clean clothes, keep moving. You save more you tubing how to maintain & repair said machine.
