I'm thinking bread crumbs that may cause some of the NPCs to break programming and seek out information.
A few that come to my mind are the names of notable gov operations/projects.. paperclip, mockingbird, etc..
I'm not exactly looking for ideas limited to gov stuff.. notable phrases/events in history..can be anything really.
