For the past 2 days, Twitter was getting a bit more laggy than usual, I was still using the old Twitter user interface, and then all of a sudden, yesterday, BitChute started failing to load videos, Discord wouldn't load, and Gab wouldn't load. So I just restarted my browser(cookies and cache were cleared automatically), and then all of a sudden, when . Sounds weird doesn't it?
So I went and used the browser on my sister's laptop to see I wasn't the only one who had this problem, but alas, I was able to type in the Twitter login page. I also used a different browser(Waterfox) to see If it the problem was limited to Firefox. I STILL couldn't type anything on the Twitter login page. I tried restarting the browser again, and that didn't do shit. I restarted my computer, and that also didn't do shit. So I'm like "why can't I type in anything on the Twitter login page on my computer?" So guess what I decided to do next? Wipe away Linux Mint and then reinstall it(don't worry, I backed up all of my data).
After all of that, I went to twitter again to see if I could type anything in. WTF, I can finally type in my password again! BitChute actually loads videos now, everything works! However, when I logged in, I noticed that I wasn't on the old Twitter UI anymore....I was on the new shitty UI.
WTF TWITTER I DON'T WANT TO SEE THIS SHITTY UI, YOU SUCK! After that, I exited out of Firefox. An hour later I went to try to login again, but guess what? I CAN'T TYPE ANYTHING AGAIN WTF TWITTER!?!? I didn't use any addon or cosmetic filters to get rid of Twitter's new UI. I was still on the old UI when Twitter gave us the option to stay on the old UI(I think they took that option away like a week ago).
Does anyone else have this problem? Do you know anyone else who has a problem similar to this? I heard that some people had trouble typing or pasting anything on Twitter when they used filters and such to get rid of the new UI, although I haven't used anything like that.
