There was this cool old short anime that ran on adult swim called FLCL. It was actually really good. The kind of thing you don't expect to like but are pleasantly surprised. Heard they made a new one recently. First episode has a boy that wears dresses. Just turned that shit off. Amazing how far everything's fallen in a few years.

I've always been super picky when it comes to anime. I remember watching FLCL on TV and loving it. Then it was over in like six episodes.
Yeah, I'm just so sick of this school age boys in dresses shit in the news I had to instantly tune out on the new one. Like who wants to hear about sjw politics when you're trying to be entertained. Ruined the new star trek w/ that shit as well.

I'll take your word for it. Never been a super anime fan except for a couple exceptions. I too am sick of all the virtue signaling in entertainment. Unplugged from pretty much all of it over a year ago. I was on my way there anyway after realizing that entertainment is so fractured, the chances of running into somebody who is caught up on something you like in order to strike up a conversation, is pretty much zero. So what's the point
