I've had the same Gmail account since 2006 when I was a single college student and I'm finally fed up. Aside from the "they are evil trying to take over the world" slant, so much junk is hitting my inbox it took me thirty minutes of sluthing to find an email I needed that was sent to me only ten days ago. I have over 20,000 items in my inbox - yes 20K and thats accumulated since maybe six months ago when I wiped it out. The spam/junk mail features do not work any more and all the detailed search tools just brought up hundreds and hundreds of spammy results. I want to start a fresh email. Especially since now I'm married, have children starting school, and am about to buy a house. I need a good email system that can help me track important communications, something that will have longevity, and not be overrun with spam and promo emails ten times in an hour. Any suggestions?
