I've got some ideas on how to perma fix it but haven't had a chance to implement anything yet.

It happens when they don't want you to see what's being discussed there the chat server loses connection to the webserver or something.

It's not only you, the hosting is experiencing connection issues.

Fixed for now.

I guess you better demand to speak to the manager and get a refund.

When mini chat is down, go to 'Other Services by Poal' on main page, select 'Poal Chat'. I think ya need to create a free Riot account ... make one, and you an access Poal General Chat (Mini-chat) there.
