They have a 24/7 on-call line with certified doctors and will tell you all of the interactions and dose levels. You also can order directly from them. You have to do a "consultation" but its basically a loophole.

They have emergency kits with other stuff and HCQ if you want. They have a ton of other stuff too. Worth looking into.
